Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use PantryCuisine. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Recipes and AI content

PantryCuisine generates recipes and cooking guidance using AI, including recipes created from your ingredients, chats with Nina, and recipes imported or transformed from content you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your judgment regarding food safety, allergens, and dietary restrictions. PantryCuisine is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

Imported content

When you import a recipe from a social media post or link, you are responsible for having the right to use that content. Imported and transformed recipes are for your personal use within the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

PantryCuisine offers Premium ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) and Pro ($9.99/month or $95.99/year) subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You can request account deletion at any time from our account deletion page.

Intellectual property

PantryCuisine and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and display it within the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms.
